Tore Viana-Rønningen has given notice of his resignation from the Board of Directors of Nordic Mining ASA.
The resignation will have immediate effect and the board will in consultation with the company's nomination committee consider suitable replacements and call for an extraordinary general meeting to elect such in due course.
