Superior launches new Solution for Washing Crusher Fines

Superior Industries, Inc., a U.S. based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, launched a new solution within its line of washing and classifying machinery, which processes crusher fines right next to the crushing circuit. Known as the Alliance™ Low Water Washer, the unit accepts a dry feed directly from the crushing circuit and processes the material into higher value manufactured sand.


LKAB: Measures to lower Costs and improve Efficiency

LKAB is continuing to focus on improving efficiency through cost control and through volume and productivity increases. Stable production and improved delivery volumes resulted an operating loss of MSEK -277 (-228) for the quarter, where hedging activities had the main negative impact.


LKAB steps up Adaption Measures

Continued oversupply of iron ore and low prices for iron ore fines in the global market, puts pressure on LKAB´s profitability. With a new cost efficiency programme, LKAB will cut costs for 2017 by an amount that exceeds last years realized cost savings of MSEK 800. The operating result for the fourth quarter was a loss of MSEK -351 (205).


bauma 2016: Continental will display innovative Solutions


Safety and efficiency are among the current trends in the construction machinery industry. At this year's bauma from April 11 to 17 in Munich, the international technology corporation Continental will display new solutions for this from its wide-ranging portfolio for construction vehicles, construction machinery, and for industrial applications in machine and plant engineering.


Addendum Announcement from Saudi Arabian Mining Company related to the Prices of Energy Products and Electricity Tarrifs

Further to the company announcement on Tadawul website on 18/03/1437H (corresponding to 29/12/2015G) the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that the expected financial impact as a result of the amendment of the energy prices and electricity tariffs would be a decrease in the company consolidated net income of around 120 million Saudi riyals, the company expects the results of these amendment to show in 2016 financial results.
