Hydrogen compression and more: AERZEN at the Achema 2022
Hydrogen compression and more: new screw compressors and efficient solutions from AERZEN - maximum performance for the most demanding requirements.
AERZEN is one of the pioneers of screw compressor technology and has been supporting the process industry for decades with custom-fit, high-performance and reliable high-end solutions. The specialist for blower and compressor technology will be showcasing its broad portfolio of premium technologies at the Achema in Frankfurt a.M. from 22 to 26 August 2022. One focus of this year's trade fair appearance will be hydrogen compression. Especially for this future application, a new screw compressor will be presented to the public for the first time, which will set standards in terms of efficiency, installation space and economy in hydrogen compression.
Hydrogen has already been used in many industrial processes today - and the trend is rising, because hydrogen is considered a key technology for decarbonising industry and an energy carrier of the future. However, as the smallest and, therefore, lightest molecule, gaseous hydrogen has a particularly low energy density per unit volume and, thus, takes up a particularly large amount of volume. Screw compressors have already proven their worth for compression. They are particularly suitable for hydrogen compression due to the displacement principle combined with the space-saving design of a rotary machine.
As a competent and experienced partner of the process gas industry, AERZEN offers a wide range of trend-setting compressor solutions and supports the hydrogen economy with state-of-the-art technologies for efficient and safe compression. AERZEN will be presenting its comprehensive expertise in the field of hydrogen from 22 to 26 August 2022 at the Achema in hall 8.0, stand D38. The application specialists have a new oil-free screw compressor to offer. This will be ceremoniously unveiled and presented to the public for the first time in a live stream at 10.30 a.m. on the first day of the trade fair.
Moreover, AERZEN will present further product novelties in the field of process gas compression as well as innovative solutions for process air generation in chemical and process engineering. In addition to special ATEX versions, the new IoT services for efficiency optimisation, life monitoring or predictive maintenance are also among the trade fair highlights.
You will find AERZEN at the Achema 2022 in hall 8.0 at stand D38.
