K+S appointed Dr. Carin-Martina Tröltzsch to the Board of Executive Directors

The Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft has appointed Dr. Carin-Martina Tröltzsch as a further member of the Board of Executive Directors of the Company. She will assume her position at K+S on March 15, 2023.
“With her extensive expertise and many years of international experience in the agricultural sector, Dr. Tröltzsch ideally strengthens our Board of Executive Directors team. We warmly welcome her to K+S,” says Dr. Andreas Kreimeyer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Dr. Christian H. Meyer, who was already appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer by the Supervisory Board of the Company in February of last year, will also take up his position on March 15, 2023, and will be responsible for the management and further development of the finance area at K+S.

Dr. Burkhard Lohr, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors, had assumed this role on a transitional basis in recent months.
