Minni Lempinen appointed as Endomine Finland´s new acting CFO
Endomines Finland Plc has appointed Minni Lempinen (b. 1985) as the company's new acting CFO and a member of the Management Team. Lempinen will start in her new position on June 1st,2023, reporting to Kari Vyhtinen, CEO of Endomines.

SSAB: Fredrik Haglund appointed new President of Tibnor
Fredrik Haglund, current head of the Tibnor Denmark business unit, will take up the position of Tibnor President on July 1, 2023. Kimmo Väkiparta, current President, has decided to leave the company at his own request.
Fredrik Haglund has been with Tibnor since 2008, and a member of the management team since 2016. He has led Tibnor Denmark since 2020, as well as managing Tibnor’s parts business and Tibnor Sweden logistics and production before that.

Misael Cabrera has been selected through a nationwide search as the inaugural director of the School of Mining and Mineral Resources(link is external). The school was created in 2021 and is jointly housed in the College of Engineering(link is external) and the College of Science(link is external), with strong partnerships to additional colleges and centers.

Epiroc, a leading productivity and sustainability partner for the mining and infrastructure industries, has agreed to purchase the key assets of Schramm Australia, a leading manufacturer of products for reverse circulation (RC) drilling.
Since February 2023, Schramm Australia, based in Perth, has been in voluntary administration, and Epiroc will now continue the business to the benefit of the customers. The assets include intellectual property as well as two production facilities near Perth and two service centers located in Queensland and South Australia. Schramm Australia’s employees will be offered employment at Epiroc. “The Schramm products and brand are well known as a global leader in reverse circulation technology,” says Helena Hedblom, Epiroc’s President and CEO. “We look forward to welcoming the strong team at Schramm Australia to the Epiroc Group.” The asset purchase is expected to be completed in the second quarter 2023. The transaction is not subject to a disclosure obligation pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
