New Executive Vice President Sustainability & Innovation Skanska Group
Lena Hök has been appointed Executive Vice President Sustainability & Innovation for the Skanska Group. Lena will step into her new position and join Skanska’s Group Leadership Team on November 1. Lena currently holds the position as Senior Vice President Sustainability, Skanska Group.
Before joining Skanska Lena worked as Head of Sustainability at Skandia and Head of Skandia’s foundation “Ideas for Life.” She is currently also Chair of the Swedish Sustainability Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as a board member at BoKlok, Skanskas residential housing concept jointly owned by IKEA.

She has more than 20 years of experience in implementing and evaluating strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability based on innovation and sustainability perspectives. We are now intensifying efforts within innovation and sustainability to meet customer needs and refine our offering. Lena is the perfect person to lead these efforts,” says Anders Danielsson, President and CEO of Skanska Group.
