Haulotte supports the biggest railway projects in the Middle East. Recently around 150 units of Haulotte high booms supplied by Roots Group Arabia (RGA) are working onsite in the largest subway project in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Arabian government is investing more than $22 billion into this mega project in Riyadh. The backbone of this project is a fully automated Metro driverless system with a total length of close to 176 km across 6 lines with 85 stations.


Dywidag-Systems International (DSI) establishes a new Company in Saudi Arabia

In 2015, the newly established DSI Company Dywidag-Systems International Saudi Arabia, LLC, which is headquartered in Riyadh-Olaya, became fully operational. DSI Saudi Arabia LLC strengthens the local handling of the market and supplies high quality products and systems for the construction industry. The new company focuses on the development, production and supply of Dywidag Post-Tensioning Systems and Dywidag Geotechnical Systems that are known around the world for reliability and performance. These systems have been successfully used for decades in bridge construction, structural engineering and public works – both above and below ground.


Isolux Corsan "preferred Bidder" for the Construction of the Lines B and C of Mecca Metro

Isolux Corsan, in consortium with the Turkish company Kolin İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and the Arab Haif company, has been appointed as "preferred bidder" for the construction project of the lines B and C of Mecca Metro with an overall budget of more than 2,300 million euros. The Client has officially started the Negotiation phase with the joint venture. It is expected the signature of the contract in the next months.


McDermott Awarded Project for twelve Jackets Offshore Saudi Arabia

McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE:MDR) announced that it has been awarded a large brownfield contract by Saudi Aramco for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) of twelve jackets for offshore oil and gas fields in Saudi Arabian waters. Work is scheduled for completion by the end of the first quarter of 2016 and will be included in McDermott’s second quarter 2015 backlog.
