Andrew Wolstenholme to step down as Crossrail Chief Executive

Crossrail Limited today announced that as part of the planned demobilisation of its delivery and leadership team, Chief Executive Andrew Wolstenholme OBE is stepping down after seven years at the helm to take up a new role in the private sector. Programme Director Simon Wright OBE will lead the organisation in a combined role as Chief Executive & Programme Director, as it completes its remaining work.


Skanska’s CEO to step down in 2018

Skanska’s President and CEO Johan Karlström has notified the Skanska AB Board of Directors that he wishes to step down. He will remain President and CEO until Skanska’s Annual General Meeting, April 13 2018, when he will also step down from the Board of Skanska AB. He will serve as Senior advisor until January 2019.


Change in Anglo American Board

Anglo American plc (“Anglo American”) announces that Judy Dlamini, a non-executive director, has notified the Board that, with regret, she intends to step down with immediate effect in order to devote more time to her business commitments as chair of Mbekani Group in South Africa.


CEO of RWE Deutschland AG to leave RWE

Following the restructuring of the RWE Group, Dr. Arndt Neuhaus, CEO of RWE Deutschland AG, will step down from his positions within the Group ahead of schedule. He will leave the Group by mutual agreement on 31 January 2016, bringing more than 14 years of service with RWE to an end.


Bilfinger: Adjustment of 2014 Forecast and upcoming Change in Executive Board Chairmanship

The Executive Board of Bilfinger SE has decided today to reduce the forecast for financial year 2014 published on June 30, 2014. With an anticipated output volume of approximately €7.8 billion, the company now expects an adjusted EBITA in the magnitude of €340 to €360 million, a reduction of €40 million. Accordingly, adjusted net profit is now expected to be between €205 million and €220 million, a reduction of €25 million.
