Wassernebel-BBA im Big Apple steht kurz vor der Fertigstellung

Die Fertigstellung der Wassernebel-BBA im New Yorker Hugh Carey Tunnel ist zum Greifen nah. Ein Großteil der Rohrleitungen und Sektionsventile sind weitestgehend ohne längere Tunnelsperrungen im Abluftkanal installiert worden. Derzeit laufen die Arbeiten für die Fertigstellung der Pumpenstation, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Portals mitten in Manhattan am Battery Park befindet.

SNC-Lavalin awarded Contract for California Department of Transportation

 SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. has been awarded a three-year contract with two one-year extensions to provide a Transportation Asset Management System (TAMS) for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). Under the $15 million USD contract, SNC-Lavalin’s Data Transfer Solutions (DTS) business will provide services which include implementing the TAMS solution, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation support.

Fugro’s Vulnerability Assessment informs Port of San Francisco’s safe and sustainable Future

Fugro has completed a geotechnical site characterisation, earthquake hazard and geotechnical vulnerability assessment for the Port of San Francisco’s multi-year, multi-billion dollar Waterfront Resilience Program. The work was conducted over a period of 3 years as part of a multi-hazard risk assessment (MHRA) to identify immediate and long-term hazards, such as those associated with earthquakes, flooding and sea-level rise. As the port’s lead geotechnical engineer for future programme phases, Fugro will use the MHRA inputs to develop and design optimal retrofit solutions for the port’s ageing seawall.
