Traditional Client Garden Party proves a huge success once again
Porr’s Client Garden Party has been a highlight for the construction and real estate sector for many years. On Wednesday, 20 June, Karl-Heinz Strauss, CEO of Porr AG, and his Executive Board colleagues were again proud to welcome numerous clients, business partners and friends of the largest construction company in Austria to the garden of the Porr Tower.
The temperatures were as if at the height of summer, the mood was magnificent. Guests from the worlds of politics and public administration, developers, architects, real estate agents, lawyers and bank representatives made the most of the opportunity to talk shop in an informal setting. Other topics under intense discussion included the football, with the World Cup games being shown live on the big screen.
Those in attendance included Dietmar Reindl (Immofinanz), Alexander Redlein (Professor at Vienna University of Technology), Michael Pech (Österreichisches Siedlungswerk), Martin Sabelko (Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate Austria GmbH), Franz Gasselsberger (Oberbank AG), Josef Ostermayer (Sozialbau AG), Veit Sorger (Mondi Packaging AG), Eduard Fröschl (Fröschl AG und Co KG), Hannah Schaflinger (Wolf Theiss), Klaus Ortner (Ortner GesmbH), Harald Kainz (Rector of Graz University of Technology), Joseph Eberle (Raiffeisen Bank International AG), etc.
“I welcome the fact that our Client Garden Party has become established as a fixed annual event in the industry calendar,” said Karl-Heinz Strauss on the get-together. “Personal contact with our clients and business partners is a priority at Porr. The garden party gives us a chance to meet away from the construction site or conference room, to enjoy the glorious weather and to spend an evening among friends”.
